Patent of Services

Its hard to get services patented. There are very few examples which I could locate. Its interesting to note that a process can be patented easier than the services itself. Some of the patented services are:

MMR is a leading provider of Personal Health Record (PHR) products and services which it sells direct-to-consumers, healthcare professionals, employers, membership organizations and others.MMR has a service patent on "Method for Providing a User with a Service for Accessing and Collecting Prescriptions.
The other patent in this regard, titled "Method and System for Providing Online Records," was awarded October 30, 2012 to MMR.
Commtech has patented Commissioning Services in Construction (Integrated Design process)
Pandora’s patented Music Genome Services
Midaire patented a Service Product, called "Lines on Mobile" which will allow remote access to telecommunication services.
Advanced Radon Mitigation’s patented New Hampshire dehumidification services.

The earth’ history is 4.5 billion years old when all the continents which we see today were not in this shape & position. Amazingly these continents were close to each other! By 750 million years ago the earth’s mass combined to ‘Supercontinent’. And surrounding this ‘Supercontinent’ there was also an extensive ocean.
